Juventus are set to appoint Massimiliano Allegri as their new manager.

According to transfer guru Fabrizo, Andrea Pirlo will be sacked on Thursday after a difficult campaign in charge of the Italian club, who were eliminated by Porto in the Champions League Round of 16 and finished fourth in Serie A.

Allegri, 56, has been out of work since leaving Juventus in 2019. During his time at the club he won five consecutive Serie A titles, as well as leading the team to two Champions League finals.
