Leicester took full control of their Europa League group after easing to a win against Braga at the King Power.
Kelechi Iheanacho netted a double on Thursday evening to extend the home side’s unblemished record in the competition this season, and Dennis Praet tucked in a third in the second half to add further gloss to the scoreline.
Iheanacho’s first came after a sharp combination with James Maddison, followed by a fortunate burst forward and simple finish. His second also needed a stroke of luck, with his strike from outside the area looping in after a wicked deflection.
James Maddison added a fourth after collecting the ball inside the box and poking beyond Benfica stopper Matheus.
